Yesha Sacatani
Executive Director, Founder, & YEB Chair
Yesha is a 17-year-old senior at American Canyon High School and is heavily passionate about mental health and self-love advocacy and emphasizing the importance of resilience despite the negativity in our society. Other than SLH, Yesha enjoys piano, singing, reading, journaling, and volunteering. Her career aspirations include becoming a pediatric or OB-GYN doctor in order to get rid of racial disparities in healthcare and to provide more inexpensive solutions towards diseases for low-income families through medical research.

Through SLH, Yesha strives to remind others that they are not alone, and that they are surrounded by people who love them despite their flaws. She also aims to unite youth around the world to spread the importance of self-love, and that deep down in our hearts, we all hold the resilience to put ourselves first.

Sharmaine Delos Santos
Co-Chair
Sharmaine is a senior at American Canyon High School and enjoys singing as an alto section leader of the Chamber Choir, watching movies, hanging out with friends, and traveling the world with her family.​

James Apuyan
Social Media Coordinator
James is a senior at American Canyon High School and likes to act, write, and help others through volunteer work or other acts of kindness. He also loves his family, friends, and his extracurricular activities such as theatre and clubs.

Fun fact: James was born in Seattle, Washington, and moved to California when he was 6!
Brielle Sacatani
Events Director
Brielle is a sophomore at American Canyon High School and plays contrabass for the orchestra, is a part of the color guard, and has been playing the guitar for about six years. She loves to listen to music, shop, sleep, travel, and talk to her friends. ​

"I can't love others and show my love for the things I truly care about if I don't love myself first."

Fun fact: Brielle's favorite rock band is the Smashing Pumpkins!
Isaac Madrigal
Volunteer Coordinator
Isaac is a senior at American Canyon High School and loves doing music, whether it's singing, marching band, percussion, or jazz, it brings him joy to play with his friends. Another hobby of Isaac's is crocheting stuffed animals.

"By taking care of yourself first, you can see the beauties of life as it is. By allowing yourself to relax and take time for yourself you can reflect on what actually matters to you. Using your mind and energy and for those things will make you happy and have a positive on not only your life but others."

Fun fact: Isaac loves Converse and can do the splits!
Mia Bonalba
Leadership Coordinator
Mia is a sophomore at American Canyon High School and plays the violin as the concertmaster for the string orchestra, plays the marimba for percussion, and plays piano in her free time. Mia also plays tennis and badminton, loves listening to music, watching movies and dramas, cooking from scratch, and spending time with her loved ones.

"It’s really easy to compare yourself to others and struggle with self-love especially in high school, so understanding that having these feelings is okay, knowing how to handle them, and doing your best to love yourself despite all of these difficulties leaves a huge positive impact in my life!"

Fun fact: Mia has 44 playlists on Spotify, and her longest one is 24 hours and 15 minutes long!
Mia Ravelaz
Social Media Coordinator
Mia is a junior at American Canyon High School and loves to bake, sleep, and play badminton.​

"Self-love is important to me because it helps me build my self confidence and helps with my mental well-being. It is easy to compare yourself to others and think you’re not good enough. Also to take time and care for yourself. Everyone should have time to relax and not be so hard on themselves."
